    Life is suffering.

:whistling:  :saint:

Weiße Nadel? Was hab ich da verpasst? Und noch mehr Leistung? Scary.

    Details.

1). As you look at the attached CAD drawings you will see the STIC tube’s exit area wherein there are several passages that intersect the BNG-06’s exit area, one of the most important is the BNG-05B sensing passage that connects to BNG-12 passage.

2). This is a critical disclosure as this allows the top of the BNG-06 tube (the reduced area) to communicate with the pilot jet and its related passages; the idle and intermediate passages that directly communicate with the idle, intermediate passages behind the carburetor throttle slide. This allows the BNG-06 tube exit area to see continuously ever-changing pressures within the intake and engine. The BNG-05B passage that enters the BNG-06 exit area is canted upward in the direction of the primary flow. This subjects the BNG-05b passage entrance to extreme shearing air and fuel speed; this causes an extreme shearing pressure to drop at the point of the BNG-05B to the BNG-06 sensing connection. This makes the BNG-05B/12 sensing concept ultra-sensitive to minute (microscopic, small) pressure changes.

3). During the STIC’s low speed idle, the BNG-05B/12 connection causes the pilot jet to remove head pressure from above the wet level in the main jet tube. It lowers the pressure below the fuel’s Reid pressure. Equally important the BNG-05B/12 moves the vaporous mixture into the BNG-05B/12 passage; directly below the main air stream (1/2 to ¾ inches). This establishes a continuous vaporous flow passage and makes the transition from low speed to main instant, and from the main to idle also instant.

4). As the carburetor enters intermediate and full throttle, the BNG-05B/12 passage now blends the pilot jet fuel and its related passages that connect to the engine pressures. The frontal air screw setting now comes into play by blending this frontal air source into the main jet tube as it exits into the main air stream.

5). Close observation of the STIC layout and passages reveal other not so conspicuous features. The BNG-01C passage connects the BNG-06 main jet tube’s outer peripheral flows (near the top) to the BNG-09’s acceleration and facilitator cavity. This allows the BNG-09’s cavity to receive portions of the pressures, forces, hotter, heavier flows emanating (originating) from the BNG-06’s outer peripheral spin. From this point, the flows are now being processed, emulsified, vaporized, and cooled to now enter tangent and vectored back into the BNG-06’s outer peripheral.

6). The BNG-09 cavity is also part of the STIC’s aggressive acceleration feature, capable of exerting +100 psi of force.

7). As you observe the drawings you will notice a top acceleration emulsion adiabatic passage enters the BNG-06’s upper reduced high-speed area. In addition to this entry the BNG-06 also sees the prevailing atmospheric pressure through passage BNG-05A/11. This allows the BNG-06 exit area to “Auto Sense” and “Auto Select” the higher prevailing pressure. There are other pressure sources that are in the patent that will be added as we progress into a “ultimate” structure. These other systems have already been proven in secrecy and will be implemented at the appropriate time.

8). This STIC methodology concept can process and adjust its output based on ever-changing and fluctuating input. Incidentally, it is covered under the 2019 and 2021 issued patents.

9). This discloser allows the STIC methodology to instantly and remotely change the fuel systems differential pressure drop and calibrate the required air fuel ratio into a vaporous more powerful mixture in microseconds; in front of the wet level instead of behind the wet level as in all other carburetors including fuel injection. Call anytime, let me know what you think. It took 7 years to get the patent, they did not understand it, however, we showed them proof that it works as described and they finally issued it. George
