Zitat von Moonlight: „Sorry, Daniele, No way. No, i won't make a choice. I TAKE IT ALL“ Hufodau and friends have thought the same... they will do a super tour 2 days in Umbria + 2 days in Siena! I have a lot of friends guides all around Italy. They all specialized in one location, so happen that a group come to them every one or more years, to see the same location, tracks, grounds, environment... My friends instead often come 2/3 times a year, in different seasons, when it's more appropriate fo…

Coming back to motocavalcate topic, north east of Italy has a big problem for enduro riding. There motocavalcate are almost absent, or a few in a year. The reason imho, with no offence, is that the area is too close to Austria and Switzerland, so people has almost the same thoughts about enduro riding of your fellow citizens. Places where people speak or understand german (like Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto) are not suitable for enduro riding... they even start to not tolera…

Mankra i clearly understand your logistics reasons. More, i am the first to say bikers do NOT come in Italy if you need just enduro riding, better you find the closest bunch of stones, mud and roots to ride. The main reason one from au/sw/germany would choose to ride in Italy (instead of a closer and cheaper western slavic/carpatian location) is that you are able to appreciate the difference between a cevapcici and salsiccia di cinghiale al tartufo, or between a beer and a Brunello di Montalcino…

Friends at present i am the enduro guide with the widest location offer in Italy. I make tours mostly in 4 main locations: Lazio (close to Rome), Umbria mountains (close to Perugia), Tuscany (close to Siena), and Sardinia (the beautiful caribbean-like island). Each location has its unique grounds, challenges, typical cooking and countryside, and prices. Not to mention what is possible to do in rest days being close to such stunning towns and beaches... just a "chainsaw pricing" for a medium size…

Daniele i heard that a REALLY good tourguide can organize some girls that are willing to give tired enduro riders some kind of massage in the evening..... I CAN'T officially say that i can organize girls, it's illegal Inviato dal mio SM-G903F utilizzando Tapatalk

You have to find a guide available close to the motocavalcata location! Sometimes happened that my guests wanted to do a tour of several days, one of which was a Sunday motocavalcata close to my area, so they did exactly what you ask. But in all the cases, they have always told me that the guided days were better than the motocavalcata. It is a matter of personalization and services that don't exist in motocavalcata. Hi guys, I'm a journalist specialized in motocavalcate in Italy, and I am also enduro guide. I think I'm the right person to explain to you what a motocavalcata is. We are talking about a single day enduro event, usually with hundreds bikers of any level and bikes, itinerary signed with arrows and labels, with a basic track, some optional hard variations, a little meal at half, and an "end lunch", that can be at any time in the afternoon. Level of basic track ("soft") and hard options are varyin…

Hi guys, I've read with interest this Chaberton topic, and i was wondering why are you so attracted by this place, even if enduro there (i don't mean just dusty gravel roads for maxienduro, i mean Enduro!) is not allowed. Is it because the place is cool? Or fresh because of elevation? Or is it because it's close to Germany? You know, or you should know that do exist other places in Italy above 1,000m elevation, where in august you can ride with acceptable temperature, and where a guide could tak…

Also it should be noticed that in summertime the only way to ride enduro in Italy with full protections set clothes, without getting fried from heat, is above 1.000 m elevation. Most of areas such high are forbidden in Italy, but this is not the case everywhere, especially in centre Italy. It's just a matter of to know where you can ride and where you can't, and also to know the proper behaviour in each area. vimeo.com/162543132
